A salvage shop for retired sprites
Old game art doesn't get thrown away — it gets salvaged for the pixels it's made of. Sprites drop onto the floor and drift toward a magnet at the centre of the screen. You scrub the pixels off them with a spinning brush, steer the loose pixels into the hose, grade what you reclaimed, and sell the salvage. Then you spend the money on the upgrade that makes the next shift louder.
An incremental you actually play
Not a number that goes up while you're elsewhere. Your hand is on the brush the whole shift, and where you steer the floating pixels genuinely changes what you earn.
A tree of about 150 upgrades
Single-purchase tiles revealed through fog of war — a silhouette first, then the real thing. Pan and zoom around it between shifts and decide what the next shift is going to feel like.
Mutation waves
Clean a sprite completely and a wave rolls out from it, converting nearby sprites into radiant or electric ones. Chain lightning arcs between them. Fire spreads off the bounces. It escalates.
Bob and Randy
Bob owns the shop, does none of the work, and explains how everything works while being confidently wrong about all of it. Randy builds the gear and quietly slides him a correction note.
Ten languages
English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese and Korean — switchable mid-game, with Bob talking in every one of them.
Built for a sit-down session
Landscape, one thumb or a mouse, and full controller support — the Steam Deck's diamond cursor physically rolls the roads of the upgrade tree rather than teleporting.
